		<description>Ive been working with YRCW and it seems that the trucking staff has been cut so much so that they are having a hard time getting shipments to their destinations on time and loosing customers.
They have cut their quality in hopes of cutting their losses and its only causing YRCW more loss.  YRCW needs to build their business back up, not keep cutting it.</description>
